Sightseeing Spots: Tazawako Plateau/Mizusawa/Komagatake Area
Tazawako Plateau Hot Spring Village
With a good view towards Tazawako and Komagatake, and various hotels and Japanese-style inns, it is a representitive Hot Spring Town of recreation and tourism, also designated as National Hot Spring Health Resort. It is the entrance to the trail up Komagatake. The slopes in front of the town becomes the skiing ground of Tazawako-kogen ASSL Ski Area in winter.
