Kakunodate Natto

Kakunodate Natto is, even now, manufactured by hand. Although only about 1,200 servings can be made per day, the classic flavor using small soy beans is excellent. The natto come in two types, tsubu (whole beans) and hikiwari (crumbled). The Tsuto-Natto, wrapped with bracken plants, is an ideal pack for souvenirs.
