Miso and Misozuke Pickles
Our Akita Miso is made only from quality rice, soy beans and salt, without additives, and in the old natural brewage style. The natural flavor and aroma lives in it.
Other products include Kasuzuke, made with fresh Kitaura vegetables, and Two-year Misozuke, made with our miso. Products are made with traditional techniques.
