The owner and producers cooperate with each other to grow soybeans, which are the essence of tofu. Using 100% locally grown soybeans, the tofu is firmed by traditional bittern using traditional tools. Every cake of tofu is carefully made by hand. Therefore, the amount of production is limited, but the quality and safety of the tofu have been pursued.
